  MILA MAR is universally fantastic. With its own language, driving rhythms, orchestral - melancholic staged, the four artists create a distinctive sound that suggests the Arctic Ocean would be in the Orient. Those who can not or will not afford holidays in distant countries or hallucinogenic drugs will find a fulfilling substitute in the music of MILA MAR.
  
  The EP HAIME is the first release of MILA MAR since 2003.
  
  The songs tell archaic stories, soulful and without any clear words, they are the past and future of this very self-sounding band. As the much acclaimed reunion in 2015 shows, MILA MAR with oriental synthesizer sounds, violin, flute, African djembe, drums and the unusually versatile four octave vocals by Anke Hachfeld arrived at this time: we want to open our hearts wide, because our music should be bigger than all the flat life.
